We are looking for a Financial Data Analyst Manager to join a growing international financial services company active in receivables and NPL portfolio management.
This is a hands-on analytical role combining Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, SQL, Data Modelling, Forecasting and Management Reporting, with the opportunity to coordinate a small team.
🔎 What will you work on?
You will work with financial and operational data related to portfolios, customers, collections, costs and profitability, with a strong focus on identifying trends and translating data into business insights.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Analysing portfolio and customer performance • Identifying trends, deviations and anomalies in financial data • Building and maintaining data models • Writing SQL queries to extract, transform and analyse data • Developing management reports and dashboards • Analysing Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast • Building forecasts and financial scenarios • Performing financial and portfolio profitability analysis • Reconciliation and data quality checks • Improving and automating reporting processes • Presenting insights and conclusions to senior management • Coordinating a team of 3 reporting professionals
💻 What we're looking for
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, FP&A, Business Analysis, Reporting or Controlling • Strong SQL skills • Advanced Excel skills • Experience with data modelling and financial modelling • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience with forecasting and scenario analysis • Ability to translate data into clear business conclusions • Experience with Power BI / Power Query is a plus • Advanced English • Previous experience in banking or financial services is highly appreciated
