We are looking for a Financial Data Analyst Manager to join a growing international financial services company active in receivables and NPL portfolio management.
This is a hands-on analytical role combining Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, SQL, Data Modelling, Forecasting and Management Reporting, with the opportunity to coordinate a small team.
đ What will you work on?
You will work with financial and operational data related to portfolios, customers, collections, costs and profitability, with a strong focus on identifying trends and translating data into business insights.
Your responsibilities will include:
⢠Analysing portfolio and customer performance
⢠Identifying trends, deviations and anomalies in financial data
⢠Building and maintaining data models
⢠Writing SQL queries to extract, transform and analyse data
⢠Developing management reports and dashboards
⢠Analysing Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast
⢠Building forecasts and financial scenarios
⢠Performing financial and portfolio profitability analysis
⢠Reconciliation and data quality checks
⢠Improving and automating reporting processes
⢠Presenting insights and conclusions to senior management
⢠Coordinating a team of 3 reporting professionals
đť What we're looking for
⢠5â8 years of relevant experience in Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, FP&A, Business Analysis, Reporting or Controlling
⢠Strong SQL skills
⢠Advanced Excel skills
⢠Experience with data modelling and financial modelling
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
⢠Experience with forecasting and scenario analysis
⢠Ability to translate data into clear business conclusions
⢠Experience with Power BI / Power Query is a plus
⢠Advanced English
⢠Previous experience in banking or financial services is highly appreciated
