Working hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (including lunch break)
Hybrid work model from day one: work from home every Monday and Friday
What We're Looking For
Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level)
Customer-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience working with SAP and Excel
Key Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process and the assigned business portfolio.
Manage Credit & Collections activities to maximize cash flow and improve accounts receivable turnover.
Contact customers via phone and email to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
Monitor delinquent accounts, negotiate payment plans, and recommend escalation to collection agencies or legal action when necessary.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOX requirements, and the company's Code of Conduct.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and support system enhancements.
Collaborate closely with business units and cross-functional teams.
Manage escalations and resolve complex collection-related issues.
