Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ELV Systems Specialist/Low Current Engineer to join our team for a major hospital construction project in Romania.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and coordinating ELV systems in accordance with project requirements, technical specifications, and applicable standards.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate installation works related to ELV systems within the project;
  • Review technical documentation, shop drawings, and method statements;
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and deadlines;
  • Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards;
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities;
  • Coordinate with other disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, medical equipment, and civil teams;
  • Participate in site inspections, progress meetings, and technical evaluations;
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of site activities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Automation, or a related field;
  • Previous experience in ELV systems within construction projects;
  • Hospital project experience is a strong advantage;
  • Good understanding of testing and commissioning activities;
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications;
  • Experience in coordinating subcontractors and site activities;
  • Good command of English;
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
