Job description
-Further development and strengthening of market position for service through acquisition of new customers and extension of existing customer relations;
-Responsible for developing long-term customer relationship and maximizing account penetration and customer retention;
-Constant observation of the service market and proactive search for new business opportunities;
-Creating & closing of contracts for service sales products (commissioning, repairs, refurbishment, maintenance);
-Promote and propose Service Solutions to customers;
-Preparation of projects and order creations (incl. cost planning & cost control);
-Close cooperation and constant information exchange with the local service manager, service technicians and technical customer service and the HQ/ SBU Service.
-Give support of the implementation of a CRM system;
-Give technical support to our customers.
Requirements
- Relevant technical university degree or other higher education with strong interest in HVAC technology (mechanical engineer/HVAC engineer or secondary school with diploma as technical expert);
-5 years of experience in sales of air conditioning service business (but not mandatory);
-Sales driven personality with well-developed communication, presentation and commercial skills;
-Ability to earn trust from customer, based on high level of knowledge from various field;
-Very good English skills, German is an advantage;
-Experience in IT, BMS, automation, electricity is a benefit;
-High level of self-motivation, persistence and organisation skills;
-Pro-active, dynamic and team-oriented personality;
-Intercultural competence;
-Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
-Driving license and willingness to travel.
