Job Description

Business Analyst, Global Supply Chain - Omni/OnlineLocation: Bucharest, Romania

Key Activities 

  • Gathers data and analyzes business and user needs. 
  • Creates requirements documents, use cases, user stories, workflows, wireframes and mockups within traditional SDLC and/or Agile frameworks. 
  • Works closely with managers and end users to determine best IT solutions. 
  • Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures. 
  • Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users. 
  • Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. 
  • Help coordinate functional and user acceptance testing. 

 

Qualifications

Functional Skills 

  • Understanding of current and future technologies in the FMCG space around Supply Chain, Distribution and Logistics, B2B and B2C spaces. 
  • Business process modeling. 
  • Application domain knowledge. 
  • Requirements definition & management. 
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. 
  • Strong Oral & written communications. 

Technical Skills and Qualifications 

  • Working knowledge of ERP (e.g. SAP) Sales & Distibution / Warehouse Management and/or Distribution Order Management platforms (e.g. Retail Unity). 
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, JIRA.  
  • Understanding of business functional areas. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited universities with strong academic records.
