Randstad is looking for Technical Support Consultants with Polish for one of its clients, a leading company for Consumer Electronics with 25 000 employees across 78 countries, and is now ranked n°3 worldwide LCD TV supplier.

Organisation/Department

The Technical Support Representative will assist customers with their technical concerns and issues. The job is to be performed in the Polish language.

Job description

- Receive incoming customer calls, emails, social media inquiries, chats, messages
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify probable and/or immediate solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Follow proper procedure in sorting the concerns and coordinate on-technical support issues to the appropriate department
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to the customer, depending on the nature of the resolution and the availability of the customer
- Follow proper escalation process for cases that need Level 2 assistance
- Ensure proper documentation of each case in the CRM application
- Adhere to the prescribed schedules, guidelines and requirements in accordance with the account and company policies and procedures.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned due to business contingencies and operational needs as directed by the immediate superior.
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates
- Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction


Requirements

- Excellent polish language communication skills
- B2 level of English
- High school diploma - BAC
