We are looking for a dynamic and performance-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales & Account Manager for Romania. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers, manage market opportunities, and conduct active field visits for consultative selling of portfolio solutions.
Collaborate closely with system partners (integrators), deliver value propositions and feasibility studies, and utilize our technical centers for product testing.
Manage project-based pricing, apply frame contracts and commercial business terms, while continuously monitoring competitor activities.
CRM Utilization: Maintain flawless and rigorous updates within the Salesforce platform (visit reports, account development plans, forecasting) and report directly to the Sales Manager.
Work closely with Order Processing, Service, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth project implementation and support exhibitions, case studies, and industry events.
Requirements:
Sales Experience: Between 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience in congeneric fields (heavy industries, sensors, industrial components, technical equipment, or automation).
Education: University degree.
Educational background in Automation, Robotics, or Engineering is considered a strong asset (Nice to Have), but is not mandatory if you possess the required congeneric commercial experience.
Advanced English proficiency is mandatory (essential for internal training, communication, and technical documentation).
Excellent negotiation skills, structured approach, data-driven mindset, and a strong drive for continuous self-development regarding industry technologies.
Valid category B driving license and full availability for the 80% field travel requirement. This position operates on a flexible Hybrid model and is dedicated to candidates residing in Sibiu or Brașov counties.
