Job description

We are currently looking to hire 1 Project Manager / Contract Manager for SRU Cluj (Spital Regional de Urgență Cluj).

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination and successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring alignment with technical, financial, and contractual requirements. The role aims to achieve project objectives in terms of quality, timeline, and budget, while ensuring full compliance with applicable legislation, safety standards, and client expectations.

 

Requirements

Please note that this role has strict mandatory requirements, and only candidates meeting all criteria should be considered:

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, installation engineering, or a related field;

• Proven experience in at least 6 projects classified as Class II importance/exposure buildings;

• Experience in large-scale, high-occupancy or critical infrastructure projects (preferably hospitals or healthcare facilities);

• Strong background in project and contract management.

• Advanced level of English language proficiency, Turkish-speaking is an advantage.

 

Documentation Requirements:

• Europass CV (mandatory format);

• Recommendation letters for each of the 6 reference projects;
