Are you a master of organization with a passion for digital content? We are looking for a Content Project Manager to join our client's team in Bucharest. You will be the bridge between global creative concepts and local market execution for one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands.
Your mission: to ensure that every piece of digital content—from social media assets to CRM newsletters—is perfectly adapted, approved, and delivered on time.
What You’ll Do
Asset Coordination: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital assets (images, videos, copy) for regional campaigns.
Strategic Mapping: Work with the strategy team to map out content needs for various touchpoints (Paid Media, Social, Web).
Stakeholder Management: Liaise between the Global Hub, local clients, and internal creative teams to ensure everyone is aligned.
Quality Control: Review final outputs to ensure they meet brand guidelines, local nuances, and technical specifications.
Timeline & Budget: Track project milestones in Asana/MS Project and manage cost approvals (CEs) with clients.
Who You Are
Experienced: You have 5+ years in project management, ideally within a marketing agency or a content production house.
Detail-Oriented: You notice a typo or a misplaced logo from a mile away.
Process-Driven: You love a good workflow and know your way around tools like Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Teams.
Communicator: Your English is advanced.
Problem Solver: You don’t panic when a deadline shifts; you find a way to make it work.
Location: Bucharest (near Gara de Nord), hybrid (2 days WFH)
