Are you a process-oriented creative thinker looking to step up your game? We are looking for a Marketing Strategist & Coordinator to join our client's Bucharest team - marketing agency. In this role, you will support the development of Campaign Activation Plans (CAP) for an automotive brand.
This is a perfect role for someone who loves to stay organized while also having a say in the creative and strategic direction of a campaign.
What you will do:
Plan & Organize: Help create the "roadmap" for campaigns (CAP) and ensure all pieces of the puzzle fit together.
Connect the Dots: Act as the link between the creative team, data analysts, and the client to keep projects moving smoothly.
Find Insights: Use cool research tools to understand what customers want and turn those findings into simple, effective plans.
Track Results: Follow the performance of your campaigns to see what worked and what can be improved next time.
Regional Support: Collaborate with teams across Europe to help with new projects and business opportunities.
What we’re looking for:
Experience: +3 years of experience in an agency environment, ideally in a role that combined planning with project coordination - planner, strategist, project manager.
Technical skills: experience with tools like GWI, WARC, Statista and Mintel.
Skills: You know how a customer journey looks and you're comfortable writing clear, logical campaign decks.
Mindset: A mix of "strategic mind" (searching for the why) and "project manager" (knowing the how).
Communication: Good presentation skills and advanced English (essential for international collaboration).
Education: A degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communication.
This is a hybrid role (2 days WFH). The location is near Gara de Nord.
