Project Description
Development of new and optimization of existing Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines.
Operational support and maintenance of ADF pipelines.
Integration of new source systems into Snowflake using ADF, Fivetran, or other ETL/ELT tools.
Creation of complex business transformations using dbt and Snowflake SQL, including orchestration of dbt via Airflow where applicable.
Active participation in project meetings within the Scrum framework, including Dailies, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coordination with internal and external stakeholders regarding assigned work packages.
Requirements
Experience with Snowflake, dbt, and SQL
Experience in the design, customization, and implementation of database architectures.
Proven track record in independently migrating existing data and structures into a Core Data Warehouse.
Experience in logical and technical modeling of Raw and Business Vaults.
Expertise in creating complex business transformations using SQL, based on functional requirements.
Analysis of existing transformation logic and subsequent implementation for Data Vault 2.0.
Fluent in English; German language skills are desirable.
