We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Senior Process Associates in Customer Service, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer support and fluency in German. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat;

  • Support sales, policy issuance, renewals, refunds, cancellations;

  • Process payments and handle complaints;

  • Participate in customer surveys (NPS), fraud prevention, and sanctions checks;

  • Contribute to training and resource planning.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support;

  • German (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2);

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills;

  • Availability to work in a 24/7 shift schedule;

  • Basic MS Office and IT proficiency;

  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive.
