We’re looking for a Business Developer with a strong financial background, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and developing new business opportunities.

🔹 What you’ll do:

Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and potential clients.
Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
Analyze investment opportunities and prepare financial forecasts and reports.
Participate in the acquisition of non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios from banks and other financial institutions.
Prepare commercial proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Monitor capital markets, competitors, and industry trends.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful integration of acquired portfolios.

🔹 What we’re looking for:

A university degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
Financial sector experience; NPL or debt purchasing experience is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Advanced English and advanced MS Office skills, including Excel and SQL.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
