Job description

As a Shift Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage the team, organizing the daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests;
• Ensure that daily production KPY’s are met;
• Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed;
• Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed;
• Supervise that sorting machines, the packing lines and the shrinking machine are working properly;
• Supеrvisе thе entire technologicаl flow;
• Supervise the production and do the reports in order to ensure the required quality level;
• Offer support in the resolution and prevention of noncompliance issues;
• Able to work independently with support from the technical coordinator.

 

Requirements

What would we appreciate about you?

• Available to work in shifts (3 shifts, 8h per day);
• Engineering Degree preferably in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Robotics Engineering;
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• English - minimum B2;
• Industry experience;
• Excellent communication skills and team player;
• Positive attitude and maturity, ability to adapt to different situations;
• Ability to prioritize and work within tight time scales to meet deadlines;
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively as part of a team;
• Engage in process improvement & best practices initiatives across organization;
• Autonomous, open minded, goal oriented and creative problem-solver.
