An international company in the beverage industry, with a strong presence in distribution and on-trade channels, is expanding its team and looking for a National Sales Manager with solid experience in the food / HoReCa sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing the commercial strategy for the food & on-trade channel;

  • Expanding the customer base and increasing brand presence in the market;

  • Managing relationships with strategic distributors and wholesalers;

  • Delivering volume and revenue targets;

  • Implementing marketing plans at the point of sale;

  • Monitoring KPIs through SFA software and optimizing field execution;

  • Coordinating, developing, and motivating the national sales team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles (food / HoReCa / distribution);

  • Strong customer network and experience in channel development;

  • Excellent leadership, influencing, communication, and results-driven skills;

  • University degree; fluent English; advanced MS Office proficiency;

  • Values: integrity, responsibility, ethics, desire for growth.
