about the job

As a Telesales Consultant at Randstad Romania,you will be part of a dynamic team with enthusiastic and professional people. 

You will work closely with your Business Development team and you will receive all the support you need.

 

what will you do

• searching companies through Randstad sources;
• contact small & medium companies by phone and email;
• set meeting to colleagues from the team, considering assigned industry;
• complete and update with info from the clients in Randstad CRM.

Requirements

what makes you a good fit for the role

• a minimum of 1 year work experience (preferably in sales, customer support, client interaction etc.)
• a result-oriented and proactive mindset (working experience with KPIs required);
• a medium spoken and written English Language;
• available to work hybrid;
• Bachelor Degree.
