As Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force together with our Sales Team. Your daily grind will involve identifying potential business deals, crafting and presenting proposals, negotiating with clients, and closing deals. You'll also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and continuously working to enhance our market position.

presenting, promoting and selling specific services (recruitment perm and temp and other HR services) according to company standards;
contacting potential clients through different channels (call approach, mail approach, Linkedin), promoting and selling the company's services;
expanding the client portfolio and maintaining solid relationships with existing clients;
maintaining a sales pipeline and building trusting clients relationship;
