General Tasks and Responsibilities:
Accounting entry of incoming and outgoing invoices.
Accounting entry of bank statements and correspondence with banks.
Control of documentation and data before accounting entry.
Reconciles general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.
Corrects errors by posting adjusting journal entries.
Preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.
Accounting proper booking and filling.
Secures financial information by completing database backups and keeping information confidential.
Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures.
Complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
More than 1 year working experience in the same or similar jobs.
Degree from a university in Accounting or Finance.
Good level in English language.
Computer and database skills would be appreciated.
Knowledge of SAP or any major ERP accounting Software would be considered as advantage.
