OfferI am looking for a Group Business Systems Analyst with solid experience in Salesforce (minimum 3 years in administration and configuration) to contribute to the optimization and development of information systems in a premium beverage distribution company. In this role, the candidate will analyze requirements, implement IT solutions, and transform internal processes, working closely with the sales, logistics, and operations teams.Location: Bucharest/remote Key Responsibilities:• Analyze business functions and organizational requirements;• Support the implementation and optimization of information systems;• Create and update workflow diagrams and technical specifications;• Recommend and implement controls and procedures for existing systems;• Define project requirements, milestones, team, and budget;• Monitor project progress and report activities;• Create and update user documentation and provide support;• Participate in workshops and professional development activities;• Perform other role-related responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: • Solid experience in Salesforce Administration and Configuration;• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles;• University degree in Business, Computer Science, or a relevant field;• Advanced skills in end-user testing and training;• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;• Ability to quickly learn new software applications;• Entrepreneurial mindset, professional maturity, and strong sense of ownership;• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;• Fluent in English;• Professional attitude and strong work ethic. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to transforming processes within a premium beverage distribution company, in a dynamic environment with complex and challenging projects. Email: irina.cornea@randstad.ro
