To co-develop and co-create digital marketing strategies and campaigns, managing the company’s digital presence and corporate media in order to enhance brand awareness, generate valuable leads, and engage diverse audiences across multiple channels.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on digital execution, contributing directly to the company’s growth and innovation objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities


Strategy & Campaign Development
• Co-create the marketing strategy and annual plan together with relevant business leaders.
• Initiate strategic alliances and innovation partnerships to accelerate business goals.
• Translate brand strategy into multi-channel communication actions (online & offline).


Branding & Advertising
• Support the development and execution of brand marketing strategies while ensuring brand integrity, positioning, and consistency across all channels.
• Contribute to integrated communication plans that strengthen brand awareness internally and externally.


Digital Campaign Management
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns (social media, Google Ads, YouTube, email marketing, etc.) in collaboration with agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Propose digital budget allocations and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs related to awareness,engagement, and conversion.
• Manage the campaign calendar and ensure a coherent online presence.


Lead Generation & Conversion
• Develop lead generation and nurturing systems aligned with business objectives.
• Utilize market data and analytics to improve targeting, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Design cross-sell and upsell actions to increase customer retention and satisfaction.


Market Research & Analytics
• Use digital listening tools, focus groups, and analytics to monitor share of voice and brand sentiment.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize strategy and campaigns.


SEO / SEM & Own Media
• Ensure high organic visibility through effective SEO practices.
• Oversee SEM campaigns and evaluate performance metrics.
• Manage and update company-owned media (website, social channels), ensuring alignment with brand tone and visual identity.


Event & Innovation Management
• Design and coordinate marketing events in line with the overall strategy and budget.
• Support the internal innovation program (“IMAGINE”), fostering collaboration with startups, universities, and external innovation partners.


Knowledge Sharing & Projects
• Participate in marketing and business projects according to company priorities.
• Share knowledge and best practices through internal presentations and training sessions.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (Master’s / MBA preferred).

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in insurance, financial services, or tech sectors.

• Certifications in Digital Marketing are considered a plus.

 

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).

• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager.

• Understanding of SEO/SEM principles, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems.

• Advanced English (written and spoken).
