Responsibilities
The position involves managing the Customer Service team and ensuring operational support for the German-speaking market:
Lead, develop, and motivate team members. Provide consistent feedback, conduct performance reviews, and initiate training and coaching programs;
Plan, coordinate, and support daily activity; assign tasks, and control workload to ensure deadlines are met;
Verify quality standards and implement corrective action plans to achieve performance objectives (SLAs and KPIs);
Ensure full adherence to operating guidelines and processes, including overseeing external service providers;
Support daily operations, including the independent resolution of complex customer cases;
Drive internal projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency;
Foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is essential;
MBA or degree in Business Administration (a banking/finance background is a plus);
Previous experience in managerial roles, preferably within financial firms (banking or non-banking);
Strong ability to lead, motivate employees, and communicate effectively;
Strong understanding of the automotive finance or banking landscape in Germany is highly desirable;
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
