Are you a people-driven HR professional with a passion for strategy, development, and operational excellence? One of our clients, an established company in the SSC/BPO sector, is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team in Bucharest.

 

Key responsibilities:

- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business needs;

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes (local and international);

- Act as a strategic partner for business leaders, offering coaching and support;

- Lead performance and talent development programs;

- Manage Comp & Ben, payroll processes, and ensure labor law compliance;

- Optimize HR processes and tools for efficiency and scale;

- Support internal communication and employer branding efforts.

Requirements: 

- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including proven experience in the BPO/SSC sector (mandatory)

- Strong knowledge of Romanian labor legislation and HR operational processes;

- Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills;

- Fluent in English;

- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
