As the Digital Account Manager you will be a vital lead of Client Services Team. You will play an important role in the smooth running of your account. You will be required to have a thorough understanding of all business areas and will support your manager across the board. We are looking for someone with a strong digital and operational background. The client work you will manage ranges from digital campaigns, platform builds, data analytics, digital land print marketing campaigns, etc.
This is a multi-tasking role; therefore, excellent communication skills, as well as organizational, financial, and time management skills, are a must. You will join a dynamic, multi-ethnical, fun team that gives everyone a voice, flexibility and the right to develop in a can-do atmosphere of mutual support.
Requirements
- Strong grasp of digital space and online media jargon and technology.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Ability to interact with co-workers effectively and appropriately at a variety of levels, across many disciplines.
- Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills required.
- Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, allied with the ability to negotiate.
- Naturally well organised and unfazed when working towards deadlines.
- 6+ years’ experience in the field.
- Proficient in advanced English, other languages are a plus.
- Overall experience of 8+ years in Advertising / Marketing.
- University or College degree/diploma in Media, Marketing, Business, Project Management or related field is a plus.
- Direct client service experience.
- Demonstrated supervisory, delegation and strong mentorship skills.
- Proven track record of client and team success.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsabilities
- Work closely with the Client Partner in business support and management.
- Strong leadership by steering the account serving team in the right direction and maintaining a good culture among the team members.
- Providing timely responses to client requests.
- Consistent weekly and daily conversations with counterparts in other countries facilitating coordination.
- Schedules business meetings and do follow-ups.
- Provides input for the creation and execution of client campaigns plans.
- Gather data on campaigns to evaluate performance and gives recommendations on ways to improve campaign performance.
- Track campaign budgets and financials.
- Developing client presentations, proposals and reports.
Client management & Customer Success
- To build deep partnerships with clients strategic leadership, to help them shape their vision for their business and provide ideas for how technology can achieve that.
- Win the confidence of clients by managing a complex programme of technology development, keeping the client informed of progress and ensuring that we meet budget and timing targets.
- Be able to speak with confidence on marketing and on technology.
- Ensure clients are deriving maximum benefit from their solutions.
- Inspire, facilitate, enable and set the agenda for other the agency departments to contribute effectively to the client.
- Ensure the agency has developed and adheres to an achievable program plan. Identify and manage dependencies on client and 3rd party resources
- Act as escalation point and fixer for client issues. Many client issues create opportunities for incremental services; identify and convert these.
Business and Product Development
- Understand the strategies, pressures, opportunities within clients networks.
- Take briefs from clients, but more importantly help them to shape briefs on the role technology can play in transforming their businesses.
- Work with management & key team lead to develop roadmaps for products. Work with dev teams project managers to develop costed implementation proposals.
Commercial Management
- Develop a detailed financial forecast for clients.
- Develop team resourcing plans to ensure we are correctly resourced to meet client needs profitably.
- Schedule The agency ’s work to ensure that sign offs are completed, and implementation is completed to allow us to meet our forecast commitments.
Project & Technical Delivery
- Partner with colleagues in programme delivery to ensure your clients have effective and achievable delivery plans.
- Capture and document new client requirements. Brief detailed requirements to the agency teams.
- Act as internal client for delivery teams. Review work-in-progress demos, provide detailed feedback.
