We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Bucharest, working for a fast-growing company in the mobility and ride-hailing industry. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our office, support internal teams with administrative tasks, and coordinate key HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employment documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including supplier relationships (courier, logistics, IT, office equipment), procurement of office supplies, and related administrative contracts;
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees: preparing workspaces, collecting documentation, and offering necessary support;
  • Oversee the offboarding process: retrieving equipment, handling termination paperwork, and conducting exit interviews;
  • Administer employment documentation (individual labor contracts, addendums, leave requests, certificates, etc.);
  • Maintain and update personnel records (physical and/or digital);
  • Collaborate with the payroll/external HR provider to ensure accurate data regarding hires, changes, and terminations;
  • Provide general administrative support to internal teams (scheduling, reservations, meetings, internal events);
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and basic legal requirements related to employee management and workplace safety;
  • Support internal event planning, training coordination, and well-being initiatives.

Requirements

  • Completed university studies (preferably in economics, administration, or human resources);
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role;
  • Good understanding of basic labor law and HR administrative processes;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Advanced level of English (spoken and written);
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
