We’re looking for a Customer Support & Experience Specialist to join a fast-growing international tech company with a self-serve digital advertising platform used globally. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and solving real-time challenges—this role is for you!
Provide customer support via email, chat, and helpdesk tools (e.g. Zendesk, Intercom)
Handle both standard and escalated inquiries with empathy and professionalism
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Monitor and analyze customer feedback (CSAT, NPS) and suggest improvements
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to advocate for user needs
Optimize support processes and contribute to resource creation (FAQs, guides, videos)
Identify at-risk accounts and proactively support them
Spot upsell opportunities and assist in account expansion
1+ years in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Customer Experience
Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
Hands-on experience with Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, or similar tools
Comfortable working with data to identify trends and drive improvement
Experience in digital advertising or media
Familiarity with programmatic or DOOH platforms
Startup or scale-up background

Location: Bucharest, Sector 1
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 16:30–00:30 (EST)
Hybrid setup: 4 days at the office, 1 day remote
Transportation costs reimbursed
