Requirements

The requirements of the role are:

⦁    fluency in Russian/Nordic languages/Spanish/Portuguese/French is a must (additional proficiency in Ukrainian, Polish, Serbian, Croatian, or Bulgarian is welcome)
⦁    experience in enhanced due diligence, business intelligence or investigative research is desirable
⦁    demonstrated interest and knowledge in Russia, CEE and Central Asia/Africa/LATAM region and some experience working in the region is a plus
⦁    excellent written and verbal English are essential
⦁    excellent communication skills including verbal, report writing, editorial and presentation skills
⦁    the ability to research, analyse and present data and condense large amounts of complex information in an accurate, logical and concise manner
⦁    a strong attention to detail, thoroughness and quality
⦁    strong time management skills and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and under pressure
⦁    solid problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
⦁    demonstrates inquisitiveness, lateral thinking and clear reasoning
⦁    the ability to consider and assess multiple factors and present solutions
⦁    a highly adaptable team player with the ability to use their initiative
⦁    MS Office proficiency and 
⦁    the highest integrity and ethics.
