Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in technical service.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) - C1 level.
- Experience working with ERP systems, particularly SAP and Salesforce.
- Team player with a proactive and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and dispatch emergency service requests through Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Manually schedule and coordinate same-day service activities.
- Mass-load equipment records into the system.
- Create service orders in SAP based on installation request forms or SmartStart tools.
- Plan and dispatch installation activities through Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Generate service orders in SAP based on scheduled maintenance matrices.
- Plan and dispatch preventive maintenance activities through Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Communicate with Technical Customer Service (TCS) business partners across different countries.
- Collaborate with local teams and field technicians to coordinate planning activities.
- Prepare service level reports and update customer portals with relevant service information.
