In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining a solid, long-term relationship with allocated clients.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of your customers’ business and anticipating their needs and changes.
  • Conducting annual negotiations with dedicated clients, including the yearly business plan.
  • Managing the P&L (Profit and Loss) to improve the gross-to-net result for your group of clients.
  • Analyzing customer data to obtain better results and implementing strategic planning to improve customer outcomes.
  • Implementing the company's strategic priorities with your clients.
  • Delivering results in accordance with established objectives.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management / Sales / Customer Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in people management.
  • Advanced negotiation and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Good independence and ability to take decisions.
  • Proactive, "self-starter" attitude.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills.
  • Team spirit and a results-oriented attitude.
  • Fluency in English (writing, speaking, reading).
  • Experience in FMCG is highly preferred.
