Join our long-standing partner in the E-mobility sector as a Senior CRM Developer (m/f/d) starting May 4th, 2026 , and drive the future of green energy by architecting high-impact Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

• End Date: December 31, 2026
• Capacity: 100% (full time, 160 h/month)
• Location: 100% Remote

Only nearshore resources are permitted. (We are seeking remote freelance talent based in Europe, excluding Germany.)

As a Senior CRM Developer focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365, you will architect and shape the CRM landscape for the German e-mobility business, working independently at the interface between solution architects, business analysts, and developers to implement the IT target architecture, customize core CRM functionalities, and integrate adjacent systems and Power Platform solutions.

 

Your Responsibilities:

• Consulting on the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape based on defined architectural guidelines and user stories.
• Development & Customizing of entities and data structures to efficiently map relevant e-mobility business processes across the entire value chain—from sales to operations.
• Implementation of bespoke developments using Plugins, JavaScript, .NET Framework, and C#.
• Deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 standard features, such as Case Management and Project Operations.
• Integration and connection of Power Platform applications, including partner portals, mobile solutions for service provider management, and installation status trackers for residential customers.
• Advising business analysts on suitable implementation strategies and technologies (eg, custom development vs. out-of-the-box customizing vs. Power Apps).
• Ensuring compliance with the IT target architecture for all developments, maintaining an end-to-end perspective across all relevant systems and processes.
• Adherence to and implementation of all corporate guidelines and standards within the framework of project work.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in the development (and preferably architecture) of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM .
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 , particularly in the modules Sales, Customer Service, and Project Operations ; knowledge of additional modules is a plus.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing modern Microsoft Power Platform solutions (including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Virtual Agents).
• Ideally, experience translating business requirements from the e-mobility sector into actionable software solutions.
• In-depth technological know-how regarding Microsoft Cloud technologies (eg, Logic Apps, Flows, Power Apps, Azure Custom Connectors) and .NET-based solutions.
• Proficiency in C# programming for creating and customizing plugins and CWA components, including Windows platform development and database design.
