We are hiring a Senior Product / Business Developer for an international company in the insurance industry, currently expanding into new markets. This is a hands-on role with real impact, focused on building new business lines and shaping customer experiences from scratch.

The role follows a hybrid working model, with 2 days per week in the office and the rest remote, while the first month is fully onsite for onboarding.

What you’ll do

* Develop and refine value propositions for new business opportunities
* Design and implement digital customer journeys for new markets
* Identify and build partnerships (claims experts, assistance providers, legal consultants, aggregators, marketing agencies)
* Turn business ideas into practical, scalable solutions
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders at a strategic level

What we’re looking for

* 5–7 years of experience in business development, product, or similar roles
* Background in Business, Finance, Marketing or similar (MBA is a plus)
* Good understanding of the insurance market
* Experience in building services, processes, or customer flows
* Strong project management and strategic thinking skills
* Fluent English
