We are looking for a dedicated Sales Analyst to join an international company within the beauty industry. You will be responsible for collecting, centralizing, and analyzing sales data to provide the commercial team with clear and actionable insights for decision-making.

Responsibilities:

- Monitoring and reporting on sales results (daily, weekly, monthly);

- Analyzing performance across channels, brands, and categories, including comparison with the competition;

- Centralizing sell-in and sell-out data, discounts, and inventory levels;

- Supporting forecasting, business reviews, and target setting;

- Creating reports and presentations for management and the sales team.

Requirements:

- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field;

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Analyst / Business Analyst role, preferably within the FMCG sector;

- Solid Excel skills and experience with SAP;

- Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work with tight deadlines;

- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
