I’m looking for a Marketing Specialist with experience in tech or digital services to join a fast-growing tech company that’s expanding its presence in the Romanian market.
Plan and execute paid media strategies that support business performance and growth objectives;
Launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads;
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs to maximize ROI;
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals;
Use tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and SEMrush to track and enhance campaign performance;
Produce regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations;
Conduct A/B testing and implement improvements based on user behavior and engagement data;
Stay informed on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media and performance campaigns;
Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools;
Experience with GA4, Tag Manager, SEMrush, and marketing automation tools;
Proven track record in campaign management and optimization;
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills;
Fluency in English (Romanian is a plus);
Passion for digital technologies, smart city solutions, and innovation;
Positive attitude, adaptability, and collaborative mindset.
