We are currently recruiting a Customer Support Specialist with Italian for a multinational company in the SSC/BPO sector.

 Responsibilities: 
  • Provide support to users and sellers on the platform, initially via email only, with gradual transition to voice support;

  • Assist Amazon Seller partners with various inquiries related to platform usage;

  • Deliver clear and efficient solutions, with a strong focus on interaction quality and user experience.

 

Requirements: 
  • Excellent command of Italian (minimum C1 level) – mandatory language assessment required;

  • Advanced English skills (C1 level) – mandatory language assessment required;

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support (preferably written support);

  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset;

  • Availability for a full-time schedule, with the possibility of introducing limited shift coverage in the future.

 

Benefits: 
  • 900 RON gross/month allocated via the Benefit platform;
