We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join the Romanian team of one of our clients – a top-tier global player in the BPO industry.

About the Role

Are you a hunter by nature? Do you thrive on identifying new business opportunities and closing high-value deals? In this role, you will be empowered to secure key partnerships and drive our client's growth in the European market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Customer Support and Technical Support services;
  • Be the face of the company in Romania – building strong relationships and driving high-level conversations with potential clients;
  • Work closely with internal teams – Solution Architects, Delivery, and Leadership – to co-create tailored solutions for clients;
  • Actively prospect across Romania and European markets with no geographical limits;
  • Confidently represent digital transformation capabilities (AI, automation, omnichannel solutions).


Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in the BPO industry, with a strong track record in business development or sales;
  • A true hunter mindset: proactive, self-driven, persistent, and competitive;
  • Fluency in English (C1) and Romanian; an additional European language is a plus;
  • Solid CX/BPO industry network and proven ability to build executive-level relationships;
  • Ability to close deals, not just manage pipelines;
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is an advantage;
  • Passion for digital transformation – AI, RPA, chatbots, automation – and how they’re shaping customer experience.


How Success is Measured

  • Closed deals, not just initiated conversations;
  • Speed to solution – from first contact to signed contract;
  • Cross-team collaboration and ability to drive internal alignment;
  • Revenue and opportunity growth within Romania and European markets.
