Offer
We are looking for a marketing professional who understands that a brand grows not just through beautiful campaigns, but through solid numbers, strong relationships with sales teams, and a clear vision of the entire business flow. If you thrive on autonomy, enjoy building strategies from scratch—even with limited budgets—and want to be the "engine" connecting external partners with the local team, we want you on our team.
What will you do?
- In this role, you will manage a "business within a business" by overseeing the full marketing mix for a portfolio focused on sweets, handling everything from pricing and positioning to shelf launch.
- You will act as the bridge, translating the strategies of international partners in France, Italy, the USA, and beyond for the Romanian market, ensuring they meet the needs of internal sales teams across Horeca, traditional trade, and modern trade channels.
- Your focus will be both strategic and commercial, looking beyond reach to analyze sell-in and sell-out performance while managing the import and purchasing aspects to maintain a full picture of profitability.
- You will be responsible for making things happen by implementing communication campaigns across ATL, BTL, and social media, while remaining present in the field to monitor how products perform in stores.
- Additionally, you will support sales by creating contests and incentive programs and proposing new products relevant to the local market.
Who are we looking for?
- You should be a flexible and adaptable partner—not a transactional one—who can pivot within a dynamic market.
- You must understand the numbers, possess strong analytical skills for Nielsen or INSSE reports, and know how to substantiate a marketing budget.
- Advanced English skills are essential for daily reporting to external suppliers, and a Category B driving license is required for market visits.
- While minimum three years of FMCG experience is preferred, we are open to candidates outside this range if they demonstrate the right attitude and growth potential.
