✔ Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (Monday to Friday)

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in technical service.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) - C1 level.
  • Experience working with SAP and Salesforce.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and dispatch emergency service requests through Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Manually schedule and coordinate same-day service activities.
  • Mass-load equipment records into the system.
  • Create service orders in SAP based on installation request forms or SmartStart tools.
  • Plan and dispatch installation activities through Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Generate service orders in SAP based on scheduled maintenance matrices.
  • Plan and dispatch preventive maintenance activities through Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Communicate with Technical Customer Service (TCS) business partners across different countries.
  • Collaborate with local teams and field technicians to coordinate planning activities.
  • Prepare service level reports and update customer portals with relevant service information.
