We are looking for detail-oriented individuals for a Quality Assurance with Italian (QA) role within a project dedicated to verifying and enhancing the quality of online content evaluation.
The QA role is responsible for ensuring that moderation or evaluation teams correctly apply platform rules and policies. You will analyze team decisions, identify errors, and provide feedback to improve the accuracy and consistency of processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily audits of moderator or evaluator decisions to ensure compliance with policies and quality standards;
Identify errors and conduct root cause analysis;
Provide clear and constructive feedback to teams to improve performance;
Participate in calibration sessions to align decisions and rule interpretations;
Collaborate with other teams (training, product, policy) to clarify or improve processes;
Generate reports on performance and quality results;
Support the team in understanding new rules or policy updates;
Contribute to process optimization and the enhancement of quality standards.
Requirements:
Advanced level of English for communication and documentation;
B2/C1 proficiency level in Italian;
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills;
Good communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with frequent changes;
Experience in QA, content moderation, content evaluation, or data annotation is a plus;
Familiarity with social media and the online environment.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;

Working Schedule & Benefits:
Schedule: Full on-site in Bucharest, Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00, 08:30-17:30, or 09:00-18:00);
Contract: Fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension;
