We’re looking for a People Partner to join an international organization in the tech industry.

This is a strategic HR role based in Cluj, where you'll act as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving engagement and aligning people initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise leaders on HR strategy, performance & engagement; 

- Manage core HR processes (planning, compensation review, succession);

- Support organizational change and employee relations;

- Collaborate cross-functionally to support talent development and business alignment.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of HRBP experience (ideally in tech/international contexts);

- Strong knowledge of Romanian labor law;

- Fluent in English & Romanian;

- Hands-on, adaptable, solution-oriented;

- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
