Randstad Romania is looking for an experienced professional for the role of HR Plant Manager within a prestigious company in the Manufacturing industry. If you have solid expertise in human resources management and labor law knowledge, we invite you to join our team in Buchin, Caras-Severin county!
Responsibilities:
Your leadership is essential for ensuring efficient human resources management and strict legal compliance across the plant. You will be responsible for the following core areas:
Oversee and coordinate all daily HR Department operations, including recruitment, training, performance appraisals, employee relations, career administration, and personnel cost control;
Manage the full lifecycle of employee documentation, including drafting, renewing, and updating the Internal Regulations and individual employment contracts (CIM);
Hold direct responsibility for the accurate Payroll process and support the precision of Timekeeping;
Ensure and enforce strict adherence to all national and regional labor law and regulations governing employment relations;
Manage, negotiate, and resolve conflicts, fostering positive and constructive interpersonal relations throughout the factory;
Represent the company and maintain strong collaboration with public institutions (ITM, AJOFM, Health/Pension Houses, etc.);
Implement and uphold all company procedures, ensuring full compliance with the BRC standard and internal protocols;
Supervise and enforce adherence to rules regarding Health, Safety at Work (HSE/SSM), Fire Safety (PSI), and Environmental protection.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar management/coordination HR position, preferably in the Manufacturing industry;
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field;
Must be Certified as an HR Inspector (or equivalent HR qualification);
Advanced level of English (written and spoken) – Mandatory;
Solid expertise in Human Resources and labor legislation;
Ability to work in a team and excellent organizational skills;
Negotiation skills, social sensitivity, and conflict management abilities;
Ability to make quick decisions and act with responsibility;
Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
