For a company in the Oil & Gas industry, based in Pitești, we are looking for a Data Analysis Delivery Manager to lead a global team and ensure timely and accurate delivery of data analyses and reports.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse, international, multidisciplinary team;
Plan team capacity and prioritize projects in collaboration with project management teams from various regions;
Monitor and oversee daily deliveries to meet deadlines and quality standards;
Implement and maintain a rigorous quality control and validation process for results;
Manage the department budget and initiate cost optimization measures;
Develop and utilize KPI dashboards to monitor performance and communicate with stakeholders;
Continuously implement new methods, processes, and tools in cooperation with the data center of excellence.
Requirements:
Higher education in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields;
Minimum 7 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 3 years in team leadership roles;
Proven experience managing remote and multicultural teams and handling organizational change;
Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, Agile, or in Data Analysis are advantageous.
