We’re Hiring: Customer Support & Experience Specialist (EN)

We’re looking for a Customer Support & Experience Specialist to join a fast-growing international tech company with a self-serve digital advertising platform used globally. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and solving real-time challenges—this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via email, chat, and helpdesk tools (e.g. Zendesk, Intercom)

  • Handle both standard and escalated inquiries with empathy and professionalism

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback (CSAT, NPS) and suggest improvements

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to advocate for user needs

  • Optimize support processes and contribute to resource creation (FAQs, guides, videos)

  • Identify at-risk accounts and proactively support them

  • Spot upsell opportunities and assist in account expansion

    Requirements

    • 1+ years in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Customer Experience

    • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)

    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure

    • Hands-on experience with Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, or similar tools

    • Comfortable working with data to identify trends and drive improvement

     Nice to Have

    • Experience in digital advertising or media

    • Familiarity with programmatic or DOOH platforms

    • Startup or scale-up background

    Job Details

    •  Location: Bucharest, Sector 1

    • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 16:30–00:30 (EST)

    • Hybrid setup: 4 days at the office, 1 day remote

    • Transportation costs reimbursed
