Ce vei face: Vei oferi suport tehnic de bază (ex. resetare parole, creare conturi) clienților companiei, prin telefon, e-mail și chat – exclusiv în limba germană.
Program de lucru: Luni - Vineri, între 10:00 – 19:00 Activitatea se desfășoară de la sediul companiei din București.
Cum arată candidatul ideal:
Cunoștințe avansate de limba germană (nivel C1);
Cunoștințe bune de limba engleză (minim B2);
Experiență în customer support – ideal în suport tehnic, dar nu este o cerință obligatorie.
