      Are you a persuasive Spanish speaker ready to turn conversations into results? Join us as a Customer & Sales Specialist and build your career in a dynamic, hybrid role! 


What you’ll do:
✔ Support customers and provide tailored solutions (inbound & outbound – voice & written)
✔ Understand client needs and promote relevant services
✔ Achieve monthly KPIs: new listings, reactivations, and renewals
✔ Drive additional listings from existing property owners

 What we’re looking for:
✔ Spanish fluency (C1) and solid English skills (B2)
✔ A highly motivated, persuasive, and results-driven personality
✔ Sales experience is an advantage (customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory)

 Work details:
✔ Hybrid model – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
✔ Monday–Saturday, 5 working days/week
✔ Shifts: 09:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00
✔ One-week in-office training required
✔ Location: District 4, Bucharest

What we offer:
✔ Meal vouchers – 25 RON/day (Pluxee card)
✔ Medicover medical subscription
 ✔ Transport allowance – 140 RON net/month
✔  21 days annual leave
 ✔ Performance bonus – up to 500 EUR/month
✔ Weekend shifts paid 25% extra
