Are you passionate about numbers, financial analysis, and managing complex controlling processes? We are looking for a skilled Controlling Manager to join our international team in the automotive sector.

 

  Requirements:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in a financial controlling position;

- Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and period-end closing (actual/forecast/landing);

- Advanced skills in Excel and experience preparing financial reports and presentations;

- Fluent in English and Italian – both written and spoken;

- Comfortable working with cross-functional, international teams.

Key responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate controlling processes: budgets, forecasts, monthly/quarterly closings;

- Conduct variance analysis and deliver meaningful financial insights to management;

- Support internal audits and ensure financial compliance;

- Participate in financial optimization projects and cost-control initiatives;

- Act as a key point of contact with teams in Italy, Germany, Hungary, and India.
