What you'll do:
Promote innovative equipment and solutions for biomedical research laboratories
Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients
Manage the entire sales process: proposals, consultative selling, participation in tenders
Collaborate with international suppliers and attend relevant scientific events
Build and maintain long-term relationships with research institutes, universities, and pharma companies
What we’re looking for:
University degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Medicine, Pharmacy, or Medical Physics
1–2+ years of experience in selling lab equipment, reagents, or research solutions
Ability to communicate technical and scientific topics with researchers and academic staff
Results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
Advanced English (for supplier communication and international trainings)
Bulgarian – an advantage, but not mandatory
Territory:
Transylvania (Cluj, Alba, Mureș, Sibiu) and Timișoara
B2B role focused on collaboration with academic and research environments
Estimated ~60 interactions per month (not all require extensive travel)
