Job description

  • You lead a group of engineers and technicians responsible for SMT processes (eg. placement, printing-reflow, inspection, transport systems)  in close cooperation with other international locations and CoC
  • You are responsible for target achievement on process, department, plant level
  • You are respsonsible for project derivation and follow up in order to assure KPI achivement
  • You need to assure needed trainings and other improvements needed for the team development
  • You offer support and work with other team responsible
  • Further development and standardization for the SMT processes
  • You are responsible for technical availability of the equipment and process quality
  • You are responsible for hiring and defining needed budget for the team
  • You are a teammate and a mentor for training our junior colleagues
  • You are culturally aware and open for international work and travels



  • You are well organized, focused and able to meet strict deadlines ;
  • Your mindset is based on improvement and growth ;
  • You bring positive attitude ;
  • You have passion in your blood.


  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in technical field.

Experience and Skills:

  • Several years of experience as a process engineer, preferably in the field of SMT & THT
  • Experience in leadership and manufacturing operations/engineering 
  • You are team-oriented, team player
  • Cultural awareness and willingness to travel internationally
  • High self-motivation to drive improvements projects 
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident usage of MS Office; further IT skills preferred  
  • Quality mindset


  • English – a good level mandatory.
