Brand new Sales Director position at our partner, a european developer of aluminimum products for the building sector. 

Minimum 5 years of Sales management experience and industrial background required. 


As Sales Director, you will be in charge of:

Setting out strategies to implement company’s policy and to achieve the sales plan;

Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales team;

Direct the development of sales action plans;

Assist area sales managers with organisational skills, account strategies, territory planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained;

Work in field with area sales managers & attend local meetings;

Develop business relationships with customers in the territory using knowledge of the 
area and trends in the market;

Network with various stakeholders;

Ensure that sales teams receive adequate training and induction to perform their roles;

Manage performance and productivity of area sales managers;

Negotiate and close agreements with large customers;

Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements;

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports. 


You are the ideal candidate, if you have:

Industry experiences: minimum 5 years sales management experience;

Position experiences: minimum of 5 years experience in people management;

Language Skills:communication skills in English, written and spoken;

Computer Skills: competency in MS Office i.e. word/excel/ppt.;

Mobility: be flexible to travel weekly in the territory;

Other Special requirements:
Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline, with sense of urgency to ensure 
delivering sales result in time;
Good interpersonal communication and coordinating skills;
Self-motivated, creative and well organized.
