For our partner, a very well known company who offers benefits for employees, we are looking for the greatest Merchants Team Leader who will have the mission to coordinate a great team.


Being fully in charge of the merchants’ revenues, develops territory plan & research to
identify the most attractive fields in which to organize promotions as well as the main actors
in the respective fields, starting from the latest trends and changes in the market.
- Onboarding and retaining merchants for all products;
- To maintain professional long-term relationships with merchants through joint actions,
promotion and discounts, special offers, other revenue models, etc.
- Collaborates with Business Partnership Managers to identify companies and technology
- Collaborate closely with marketing for implementing the different campaigns for the assigned
client segment.
- Ensures compliance with commercial policies and procedures of the entity and that the team
complies with the company's rules and standards;

People Management:
- Provides leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and
development while comparing sales results to goals; conducts regular team meetings and one
on- one coaching with team members to build motivation and selling skills and follow-un on
team’s activity and results;
- Engages the team by acting as a role model and maintaining a constant team spirit, learning
agility and transparency within the team
- Identifies and implement development actions based on individual development needs
- Establish a culture of consultative selling to customer’s decision-makers at all levels, by
implementing the company’s sales process;

- English skills - advanced level (written and spoken)
- Availability to travel professionally
