Job description

-Provide L2 Support and solutions for day-to-day customer problems through customer interactions;

-Troubleshoot software issues while capturing all relevant information related to the fault, identify a solution or escalate the issue while constantly communicating with the customer the results of your analysis;

-Manage customer issues and facilitate communication between customers and escalation team.

-2 to 5 years of application support experience; the preferred technologies are JavaEE, SpringBoot, ELK framework (log mining and analysis), Grafana and other application support related monitoring and related technologies;

-Ability to traverse through code to understand code workflow and identify possible root causes for issues;

-Experience with Data Structures and Algorithms is advantageous;

-Good programming skills are a big plus;

-Experience in developing unit tests and expanding unit test coverage (TDD) is valuable.
